How we handle site conduct
Anyone working in your home is there by invitation, and that comes with obligations. Dust sheets and protection go down before tools come out. Where possible we sequence work room by room so the property stays usable. Waste leaves with us rather than accumulating in a garden. And at the end of a job the site is left in a state you can move straight back into.
Who you deal with
One point of contact from the first call through to handover. If something needs explaining mid-job you get it from the person doing the work, not passed between departments.
